A useful record, not a promise of inbox delivery.

Each saved request keeps its context visible while notification and follow-up outcomes stay clearly labeled.

Permission

Follow-up choice stored separately

Notification

Built around the first conversation

The details a cleaner needs before deciding what comes next.

A prospective customer can send the information that makes a quote conversation more useful, without turning the form into a booking promise or an automatic price engine.

How the workflow works

Capture context. Keep permission clear. Follow up responsibly.

  1. 01
    A customer sends the details

The quote request collects contact, property, service, timing, and cleaning-detail information. Follow-up permission is a separate yes-or-no choice.

  2. 02
The request is saved for you

The private workspace keeps the request context together with consent, notification, and follow-up states so you can review what happened.

  3. 03
    You choose the follow-up

Follow-up is available only when the requester said yes and has not unsubscribed. Follow-up emails include an unsubscribe option.

Honest status, at every step

Saved does not mean delivered.

After a quote request is saved, CleanLead attempts a company notification when email authorization is available. The workspace keeps the saved request even when that notification is pending, fails, or is unavailable.

An accepted notification means the email provider accepted the send attempt. It does not promise that the message reached an inbox. Those states remain separate so you can tell what CleanLead knows from what the provider has accepted.

Follow-up is never automatic merely because a request was saved. It is sent only when the requester gave permission and has not unsubscribed, and every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe option.

Pilot price under test

$49 per month for the current pilot.

Before you rely on it

A focused pilot with clear boundaries.

CleanLead is for capturing and reviewing quote-request context. You still decide what to quote, when to schedule, and how to serve each customer.

  • No automatic quote, booking, CRM sync, or guaranteed response is promised.
  • Saving a request is separate from an email provider accepting a notification.
  • The pilot does not claim a customer count, revenue result, response time, or inbox delivery.

This short contact form is for pilot questions. It does not create a quote request, charge you, or activate paid access. Follow-up permission is captured separately.
